Incandescent Lights

Why are incandescent lights good for you?
AI generated answer:

"Incandescent lights are a type of light bulb that produces light by heating a filament until it glows. Despite being less energy-efficient than other types of light bulbs, incandescent lights have some benefits that make them a good choice for your health and well-being.

Natural Light Simulation

Incandescent lights produce a warm, natural light that is closest to the light emitted by the sun. This type of light is beneficial for our bodies as it helps regulate our circadian rhythms, which can improve our overall health and mood. In contrast, fluorescent and LED lights can have a harsh, blue light that can disrupt our natural sleep patterns.

Eye Health

Incandescent lights are also better for our eyes than other types of light bulbs. Unlike fluorescent and LED lights, which can cause eye strain and fatigue, incandescent lights produce a soft, gentle light that is easier on the eyes. This is because incandescent lights do not emit blue light, which can cause digital eye fatigue.

Well-being and Mood

Incandescent lights can also have a positive impact on our well-being and mood. The warm, cozy light produced by incandescent bulbs can create a sense of comfort and relaxation, which can be beneficial for people who suffer from anxiety or depression. Additionally, the soft light can help to reduce eye strain and improve our overall sense of well-being.

In Conclusion

While incandescent lights may not be the most energy-efficient option, they have some benefits that make them a good choice for our health and well-being. The natural light simulation, eye health benefits, and positive impact on our mood make incandescent lights a good option for those who value their health and well-being."  That is AI talking there.

So this all begs the question- why are incandescent lights now not allowed to be used?  To save 'energy' at the expense of our health?  Jesus said the Sabbath was created for man, not man for the Sabbath.  And energy was created for man, not man for energy.

So how about LED lights?  They produce something called "blue light pollution" just like all the screens we are using.  What are the effects of blue light pollution?
Sleep disturbances, eye strain and vision problems, skin damage, DNA damage, and environmental impact (ironic).
And also, according to AI: A study published in the journal Environmental Health Perspectives found that artificial light at night can increase the risk of hormone-related cancers, such as breast or prostate cancer.

AI also points out that LED lights actually utlize MORE energy consumption and are BAD for the environment.  So these excuses for discontinuing incandescent lights just don't fly anymore.

Recently driving across country, we saw a city all lit up with LED lights- it looked like Gotham City.

Also, people have complained of these LED causing seizures due to flickering.  What I have noticed using them, is colors are not the same, and it is difficult for my eyes to adjust to them and see clearly at first.  This is not normal and is not good.  I have been looking high and low for incandescent light bulbs, but I have read that factories are being shut down as they are not in the market anymore.  We are going to have to invest in good kerosene lamps at this point, as I refuse prolonged exposure to these evil lights that are being forced on us.
