Nebulizing Hydrogen Peroxide/Saline Solution

You can nebulize food grade hydrogen peroxide combined with saline at the right measure.  Never use the hydrogen peroxide purchased in pharmacies as this has additives in it that will burn your lungs and sinuses.  Food grade hydrogen peroxide can be purchased online or in health food stores.  If you make your own saline solution, you should NEVER use tap water.  Distilled water should be used, and I boil it first.  A nebulizer can be purchased online, or in a pharmacy.

All my life I suffered with bronchitis and sinus problems.  Whenever I got a cold, bronchitis was sure to follow.  However, when I started nebulizing with hydrogen peroxide, my lungs became so clear I never even had another cough since doing the nebulizing.  A side benefit was my sinuses completely cleared up.  Recently I watched a video about nebulizing with hydrogen peroxide and the doctor who made the video explained that a lot of us are exposed to mold, and the hydrogen peroxide can clean that out of your body, along with bad bacteria.  The other very interesting thing Dr. Jon Kaiser demonstrates in his video is how he looked one year before starting the hydrogen peroxide therapy, and how he looks now.  There is a remarkable difference.

Dr. Mark Sircus writes about the benefits of hydrogen peroxide including the oxygenation of blood, along with the history of its usage in an article here.  The Italian government recommended gargling with hydrogen peroxide and as a nasal rinse for prevention of Covid 19 as mentioned in this article.

Here are instructions on how to make and use hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer.  These are taken from Dr. Group's Lung Regeneration Protocol:

Step 1: Make 16 oz. of "normal saline"

-2 cups clean water (distilled or very purified water, NOT tap water)

-approximately 1 tsp. sea salt (or non iodized pure salt)

Step 2: to make .1% hydrogen peroxide concentration (use only food grade hydrogen peroxide)

If you have 12% food grade hydrogen peroxide you can add 3/4 tsp. to your 16 oz. saline solution.
Put in a bottle and label the bottle.  Keep food grade hydrogen peroxide and your .1% solution in the refrigerator when not using.

Step 3: Nebulize the solution
-set up nebulizer with a face mask (you want the solution to get in the nose and the sinuses and lungs)
-add about 1/2 tsp (or 5ccs) of .1% peroxide solution to the nebulizer
-nebulize until the entire volume of the solution is evaporated

How often to nebulize the .1% Hydrogen Peroxide
If you are really sick, every hour until you see improvement.  When you start to feel better, every 4-6 hours.  Then decrease to a couple times a day to once a day utnil you are well.
Note: not necessary to use when you are not sick unless you feel that you were exposed or you could use some extra breathing support.
