Apple Cidar Vinegar- Humble yet Powerful

 

This humble everyday item has so many benefits its hard to believe.  It can get rid of bad breath, help you lose weight, balance hormones, and so much more.    

It also lowers blood pressure, and sugar levels.  If you're on any medications its best to talk to your doctor before taking apple cider vinegar and monitor your sugar levels while taking it.  It helps with acid reflux, and makes the body alkaline.  When the body is alkaline, cancer has more difficulty growing or thriving.  

Apple cider vinegar is also anti microbial and anti bacterial.  It helps with joint pain, and can even help dissolve bone spurs and kidney stones (the acidic acid in it does this). 

As its good for the kidneys, it can also prevent urinary tract infections.  

Organic apple cider vinegar with 'the mother' (proteins and enzymes) should be used.  Up to three tablespoons a day is recommended, but start out with a teaspoon and get your body used to it as it will detox you.  It should always be diluted in a glass of water and taken 20 to 30 minutes before eating.  Never 'take a shot' of apple cider vinegar as you can burn your throat and/or esophagus.  

As good information is so very hard to come by these days, I was grateful God led me to a very informative forum for women experiencing problems with their cycles.  As someone going through perimenopause I was jumping for joy when I found this site.  It shocked me to find out that so many, many of these women had heavy bleeding completely stop after taking apple cider vinegar, and many regulated their periods.  Some even claimed it may have helped with fertility!  

My new morning drink is 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of black strap molasses in a glass of water, drunk with a straw.  I'm not over worried about it, but the acid from the apple cider vinegar can effect the enamel on your teeth, although you can always just rinse your mouth out with water after drinking it.  Another tablespoon in a glass of water before going to sleep makes two tablespoons a day for me.  I have been feeling much better since I began taking it, and will wait a couple of more weeks to see even more results as it can take a few weeks to really start working.  Either way I will continue to make this a part of my daily diet as it only does good!
