MMS- Chlorine Dioxide
After reading through the book MMS Health Recovery Guidebook by Jim Humble, I decided to give it a go, and did the Starting Procedure, and then the Protocol 1000.
I know someone who takes it on occasion when he's feeling sick, and that gave me more courage. It's funny when you go online and see some of the ridiculous things written about it, and then read through the testimonials of people who have actually taken it with amazing results. Chlorine Dioxide kills every pathogen known to mankind. Let that sink in. With how inundated we are with poisons, isn't it nice to know there is an antidote. Of course the poison peddlers don't want you to know about it....The programming runs deep and even as I would drink it down there was a voice in the back of my head saying, "what are you doing? this is crazy, etc." After a month of taking it, my arthritis had disappeared, my sinuses had cleared up, my brain fog had gone away, and I had more energy then I've had in years. Adding DMSO (with the Protocol 1000 plus) helped as well. The joint pain had been with me for so long that I had forgotten what it felt like without it and it was amazing. Along with following the Protocol 1000 (three drops of activated chlorine dioxide every hours for 8 hours a day) I also made a spray bottle (recipe in book) and use it on my skin and for cuts, bug bites, and more.
One huge mistake I made was not taking supplements while doing the protocols, as that is what is recommended in the book, although I believe that recommendation is only for people who have a serious disease, as the supplements may "feed" the disease while doing the protocol. Not sure about that. According to Dr. Mark Sircus, it should not be taken everyday, or without other supplements, especially magnesium (1.5 to 2 hours apart from the chlorine dioxide). "Think about Chlorine Dioxide as weight training for your mitochondria. The Chlorine Dioxide puts stress on the mitochondria, and this stress response can lead to the strengthening of every human cell," he says in his article For Chlorine Dioxide Newbies. From my own personal experience, I have to say I whole heartedly agree with him and will never take chlorine dioxide without my supplements again. Feeling great, my excitement got the best of me and I over did it and my nutrients were depleted. I highly recommend the ebook Forbidden Cures by Dr. Mark Sircus, as he discusses the benefits of not just magnesium and chlorine dioxide, but bicarbonates, sulfur, iodine, selenium, and more.
It's tempting to get discouraged when things don't go perfectly, but we have to press on and continue on our health discovery journey if we want to be well and help other people. Now, as I have repleted my nutrients by eating healthy and taking my supplements I am gradually adding chlorine dioxide back into my regimen, albeit slowly and much less. You could say I'm doing a maintenance protocol. What really made me take notice of Dr. Mark Sircus was his humility in admitting he had made a mistake dismissing chlorine dioxide years ago. That is someone I want to learn from, along with Jim Humble, Andreas Kalcker and others.
